Terms & Conditions for Sporting Influence After School Clubs

1. Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable for missed sessions or non-attendance.
2. Club Cancellation: Sporting Influence will provide a refund if we are unable to run the club for any reason.
3. Behavioural Expectations: Sporting Influence reserves the right to remove any child from the club due to inappropriate behaviour.
4. 1-1 Support: If your child requires 1-1 support for behaviour or access throughout the school day, Sporting Influence reserves the right to request that the parent provides 1-1 support at their own cost for the after-school club.
5. Collection from Club: If your child has not been collected 10 minutes after the club ends, Sporting Influence reserves the right to drop the child off at the school’s after-school provision at the parent’s cost.
6. Weather Conditions: We will endeavour to hold the club in the most suitable environment. In the event of bad weather, the club will be moved to the most appropriate indoor space.
